New customers only

Isn't it a shame that sky do not appreciate their existing customers, Sky wanted to charge over &40 for broadband . I have sky glass and mobile with them managed to get down to £34.50 but unable  to have advertised £26 as that's for new customers.

guess what I am a new customer with another provider!!!

@Ted27  When you joined Sky you would have had a New Customer deal at the time, other providers do the same with new customers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I really don't get the obsession some have with new customer offers, you can't expect any business to continuously massively discount their service for you that is just unrealistic.

Which ever provider you've moved to won't be any different once your "new customer" deal ends.

I'm certainly surprised at how many people complain about that on this forum.

They should be thankful that we got years of Sky being different and offering good renewal deals that a lot of us have benefitted from in the past.

Just like any service provider a person uses they need to be prepared to constantly ditch-and-switch to get the best deals and always take advantage of the new customers deals.

Most of these people saying they are leaving will soon be back with Sky in 18-24 months under a Sky new customer offer again.
