New customers getting better broadband deals

As a long standing customer, why do new customers get a better deal on broadband. Thinking of cancelling!

All providers do this, if you cancel and go elsewhere you'll get a new customer deal then after a specified period revert to their listed price.

 

Have you thought about speaking to Sky to negotiate a new deal?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you move providers you'll be in the same situation in 18 or 24 months and will then be able to return to Sky using the new customer discounts at that time.
