Hello,
I'm a new customer. Earlier this month I brought a broadband package. My account still doesn't show my orders or products. Therefore I have no access to check.
I brought broadband package without creating a account first, (this could be the cause of the issue). It did not prompted me to create an account first. I created an account after the purchase.
There's no option to link any purchase order.
Anyone did the same? if yes, what was the solution?
I thought I ask here first before making a call to Sky.

All sorted now. I can confirm that my account is linked, can see the order and access product listings.
