New customer - no account number shown anywhere?

I am a new customer recieving a WiFi 4.2 Hub with activation due this Friday. I have created a Sky account but cannot link it to a Sky iD as I do not have an account number. When I purchased the contract, this was via HomeLet a few weeks ago, which took a £5 deposit from a debit card. I have recieved a Sky order confirmation as well as a contract summary email, but both do not contain an account number, I have also received texts including a Royal Mail tracking code, but again no account number. How can I find my account number to link accounts so I can view my order status?

I have tried to call Sky but if I remain silent during the automated questions, the call eventually hangs up automatically.

If you use social media then you might want to use one of the sites in the links at the bottom of this page for help with this otherwise calling and trying to get past the bot will be the only way you will be able to speak to them about this.

I tried to do the method of staying silent during the chatbot but after no responses it would just hang up - though maybe this is because I tried at 9pm? I guess it'll be worth trying during more regular hours tomorrow.

It is worth a try, otherwise social media will be the only option.
