New customer. After creating sky id and sky account. I can't buy through

New customer want to subscribe F1

But after creating SKY ID and Sky accounts I can't buy through. It say link both account but I haven't the 12 digit accounts

You have gone about this the wrong way as you need to place your order for Sky TV first as during this it will ask you to setup an account to use. 

You can't just subscribe to the F1 channel as yoiu have to take the Sky Signature package, have Sky Glass/stream or Sky Q istalled all of which will come with a 18 month contract.

Not sure why you have posted that image but it clearly says Join Sky TV which you need to do if you are not already a Sky TV customer.
