New account issue

I previously had sky q either my ex partner who got into debt iv since tried to set up an Acc as we are no longer together but I'm unable to do it does anyone know why I wasn't on the previous account

Accounts are only ever in one name. Sky don't allow joint account names. Who was the account holder for the previous subscription? Are you still at the same address?
