New Sky Account

I just want a standard package but the store only seems to be offering Glass, Broadband, Sport, cinema etc.

@Caron25  Have you looked further down the page for Sky Q  https://www.sky.com/tv/sky-q

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
