Never had Sky account but my Revolut account was charged

Hey, never had Sky account but my Revolut account was charged. I live outside the UK and have never set up an account on Sky. Revoult shows SKY charging a fee

@Tomasz5  There are a number of companies with Sky in their name, it may not be Sky UK, what does the name on the transaction show?   Can you show a screen print of the transaction (make sure the screen print does not hold any of your account info).

 

If you don't live in the UK Sky UK can't provide a service, unless you've allowed your card details to be used by a friend in the UK.

 

However without seeing the name of he transaction it's difficult to say at the moment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Tomasz5 if you've never had a Sky account, I'd struggle to understand how Sky could know your bank account details. Sounds like a possible fraud, that you should raise with your bank as noted.

Perhaps worth noting that a great many companies around the world use 'sky' in their trading names and some permutation of that is likely to appear as a bank reference.

I asked Revault about this payment and they said it was sky.com

Sorry for the Polish language:)

There are two transactions, the first one was processed and the second one was unsuccessful after being blocked.
