Network Service.

I have just had an email from "Network Service" with this message addressed to "Dear Sky Customer,". no personal name attached, is this a scam, they state final warning

That sounds like a suspicious email to me, particularly as its containing a link and asking for information for you to "validate your account".

@Wildhern

@That is a slightly different version of a well known scam email. If it was from Sky they would address you by your first name. So mark the email as spam and do the same should you be sent anymore.

@Wildhern  I'd agree with @MarkGoldsmith  definately a scam email.

Any actions required by sky you would get account notification when logged in or at the very least an email would be addressed to you personally.

Scammer always use Dear (insert company name) customer etc as they don;t know who they are emailing to scam.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
