Netflix

ok..this is take some explaining...

a few years ago my brother in law visiting from south korea...setup  a profile to watch his netflix account on our sky box...18 months he said he couldnt afford it anymore....so we linked my profile to my sky accoun t and started to pay for it. as my brother in law setup the netflix account he is the administrator. we now are tyring to reset our sky payment away from this netflix account onto a new one.  i have tried to setup a  netflix account but when i try to log on its sayin it exists...when i try to reset the password it days it doesnt exist...is this because my sky account is linked to the email address...?...can i setup a netflix in my partner who i live with and transfer my sky account to that new netflix ?...i hope u understand our dilema...as netflix rules change and also its awkward as they use netflix more we cant log onto it ourselves...but they are the admisn of the account......i have triied to explain it...i **bleep** someone understands...thank you for nay help

@juliescheller1974  Before linking any new Netflix account to your sky account the existing linked Netflix account needs removing

you need to speak to Netflix directly as only they can unlink an account, once this has been done you can then link another account if you wish

Without access to your(?) Sky account, it's difficult to understand the situation with regard to Netflix,. I'd suggest you speak directly to Sky who can see what's linked to your Sky account.

I am sorry I can't make it clearer...I will try again.....my brother has a netflix account....he setup a profile for me on his account....he stopped paying for it...and then we started to pay fir the account under our sky account...cos he setup the netflix account he is admin of the netflix account ....but we pay the bill...I am trying to separate from this netflix but it seems it won't let us..thanks
