Netflix hacked and upgraded to premium but still charged

I get Netflix basic free as part of sky subscription.  However my Netflix account got hacked earlier this month and it seems to have been upgraded to premium.  I rang Netflix and they resolved and reverted back to basic but I've still been billed for Netflix premium this month when I haven't used which doesn't seem fair.  However don't know how I can contact sky to dispute this? charge?

If you are billed via Sky then you will need to contact them about this. The o my thing it could be is because our bills are created 14 days earlier it might have been to late to remove it from this months bill so if it is still wrong on next on next months bill then yoh will need to speak to Sky about this.

Thanks - do you know how I can contact sky? - their robot is useless and hey don't seem to give out any phone numbers!.......
