Evening!
I have just set up Netflix on my Sky Q and I am 99.9% certain I did not request the Netflix Premium but it seems this is what I have got!?!? I have the UHD on my account and to be honest I'm happy with Full HD and couldn't care less if its UHD. I certainly am not bothered that my netflix is UHD. Is it automatic and what are the charges for this - I had a look at the "future bill" and it seems I will charged £6 for Netflix (was expecting) this but an additional £3.97 for having it in UHD! I can't find any way to sort this out online and just have normal HD Netflix account. I find it a very very sneaky way of adding on costs to the already high cost account. Can't find a live chat function anywhere and not interested in phoning a call centre.
Is it possible to not have netflix as UHD?

I doubt that's possible, because with Ultimate TV on a Q box choosing to have the Sky HD and UHD add-ons automatically upgrades the bundled Netflix Basic to Standard and then Premium. The whole point is there's no additional cost to the subscriber for this Netflix change: as @oldfella says, dropping the Sky UHD add-on takes Netflix down to Standard but removes Sky UHD access too.

Hi @mjmac2
Assuming you subscribe through Sky
Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD)
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack On Sky Q.
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.

Hi @mjmac2
My post explains why you have Netflix in UHD.
ie it is not due an extra charge for Netflix in UHD but is due to you having the Q UHD option.
If you don't want anything in UHD then you can always cancel your Q UHD add on.
'Of course this will mean you will not be able to view any Q UHD content.

thanks. The future bill does indeed have extra charges for netflix that I wasn't aware of when signing up. My main issue is, is how unclear sky pricing is when making changes to accounts. I probably will unless someone in sky can make my Netflix just the Standard subscription
