Hi, looking for help as our Netflix account through Sky is now in Spanish. This happened a few months ago & after an hour -yes an hour -on the phone it got sorted. Now Sky advisor says they cannot help & to contact Netflix direct. The customer services number they provided is no longer working & it's online help. My head is frazzled!

You will need to contact Netflix themselves for help with this and once you have then you then need to change the password on the Netflix account:
https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus
