My Netflix Sky account was hacked,, language changes to Spanish and 5 addtional profiles added, wasted nearly 2 hours speaking to skys Indian call centres who were completely useless, called Netflix directly and issue was resolved within 15 mins, they helped me reset the account recover the email address that had been changed. Now my Sky bill has been
imcreased because they added the additional profiles over the 1 free one which you get through Sky. Please can you arrange to refund the 8 GBP charge back to my account from the fraudulent activity. Thanks

We can't do that as we're other customers here and not Sky customer support.
As a tip, accounts are often hacked because passwords are reused from other accounts. When another company's data is compromised then the details are tried on other platforms - a surprising amount work and are subsequently 'hacked'. Always use unique passwords for each platform.
