Netflix Subscription

Hi to all

 

I have Netflix in my monthly Sky subscription, I logged into my Netflix that I already had on my Sky box, my question is can I cancel my direct debit that is direct to Netflix or have I done something wrong.

@Josiefloss  In that case Netflix should not be billing you. 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Josiefloss  Did you link your Netflix account with SKy as this should stop the billing.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

lol 😂 I think I did, my Netflix billing details say billed through Sky package and says it was activated with Sky this month.
