I have searched the discussions but my problem has not been solved.
We have Netflix via Sky I have tried everyway of logging in via another device it just dosn't work. I am using the same passwords asked the on the Sky Q box, account. it recognises the email but not the password.

If you go to Netflix website/app and select the option to reset your password (use the same password if you wish) and this will encourage your profile to update. If you still have trouble, what @caesarome suggested is the best way forward 👍

I have a similar problem, I spoke to a Netflix agent but they told me I need a 6 digit code from Sky to reset my account but now I have to go through the process again to try to get it. I was on hold for 28 minutes just not good enough.
