You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other. Perhaps if you tell us the issue we can point you in the right direction.

@nelsonbyron316  You need to call as we are customers here,  no one will call you in response to a forum post and even if they could I doubt it would be immediately either.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
