Need to speak to someone in regards to my bill
I'm thinking of canceling my sky as it's getting very expensive.could somebody contact me in person please assp

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. No one will contact you. You'll need to have to initiate contact.

Nobody will contact you due to your posting on here as we are customers who help each so you will need to call them yourself.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Sky keep increasing their prices I only have broadband and it's gone from £33 to £46 in 6 months!!!

There was April's price rise as per the letter or email you were sent and perhaps a discount is ending or has ended ?

It’s just going up and up it's like £46 a month for just Broadband and it's supposed be superfibre it does not reach out of my lounge? Sky has gone right down!!! I can't call and get in contact with anyone to talk? Who ever took over this company has ruined it. It used to be the best!

It was £33 then. £39 then £43 now £46 what are they playing at? I used to be able to phone up and sort anything out now none of the numbers work??? They don't recognise my mobile and the line goes dead. We used to phone up and have a really good team to talk to does anyone know how to phone sky?

The numbers do work it is just that when spoken to by the bot the tip is to say nothing and remain on the line.
