Hi, I have been suspended from my account (broadband), I owe around £90 which I can pay (not realised the DD hasn't gone out). I have been given a number to ring, 03442411653, and press to press 1. However, when I do this, it just doesn't recognise it, and just keeps repeating the same thing. I can't pay online as it's saying the same thing.
I just want to pay my bill and set up my DD again.
