If you can log on to your Sky account set up a secondary id and then upgrade it. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-upgrading-existing-sky-id

 

If you can't access your account you will need to contact Sky for support as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

We have been in constant touch with

Sky Tech but still not working,

original email address must be associated with postcode.

now original email is not accessible

now I have new email address which needs to be synced to post code.

Sky yesterday 29th sept they will do that and keep trying but it could take up to 72 hours / 5 days ?

Where is it you are trying to change this email address, do you use it as a login or is it in the household/communication part of your account ?

I login with new email and password then

its says let's get into your account

So your issue is you are seeing the postcode error, if you are are you making sure there is no extra character (even a space) at the end of it and that you are using the number zero (if needs be) and no the letter O instead ?
