Need to change my account number

When I log in online, my email address is linked to my old account that I had years ago. I have since got a new account with sky but cannot use it online. I need to either delete my old account or change my account number

I'm having the same issue: every time I go to sign in, it comes up with all my old account info from when I cancelled my previous sky subscription a couple of years ago. I rejoined Sky in december, and need to contact them as having issues with my phone & broadband keeps cutting out. Is there any way I can sign in to my new account using my new account number?

You'll need to create a new Sky ID. You'll then be able to link your new Sky account number to it.

As @Mark39 has said you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use as you d one will have been closed.

 

If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
