You may be able to remove it via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv.
If not select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details for cancelling parts of the TV subscription.

If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.
Note that if you are within a minimum term Sky may not allow you to remove certains packs.
