Need the stream date moved till the 28 0f each month because won't let me in the app

Need the date made 28 off each month because that's my pay day and I keep getting late payments add when I have asked 2 times for it to get changed

Once you have paid your first two bills if you are a new customer then you can change the billing date yourself via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-date

Do note that the first bill after this might be higher than usual as it might cover a long period than the usual 4 weeks.
