I recently found out I have been paying for multi screen which I thought was for Netflix to begin withthing. I told the sky adviser that I want that cancelled as I have no other box except the one in the living room since Tv upstairs is smart now I have been told I have to return the sky q box which I never had in the first place. What's going on?? What do I do to resolve this?

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
