Need help with my sky account

Hey I ordered a sky glass air but the credit agreement page wasnt loading do the order was cancelled so I tried again same thing the guy on the phone was guiding me through the whole thing tried it on my phone thinking it was that tried on my pc and finances phone and nothing so he said he would phone back on Monday and try figure out what it was I have since remembered that my dad used my email years ago as he didn't have one to set up sky he than canceled it without paying and I think that might be it my account is locked because of him can this be fixed as it wasn't my debt I was only a kid at the time [removed] and just not gonna get a TV

I don't think the page not loading has anything to do with your Dads email address but you could try calling them again with this new information to see if they can now helop you to access it.
