Could you please help me with understanding why sky TV has blocked me from using my TV and yes I did miss a payment I rang sky direct but they said that I need too pay nearly £200 pounds to get everything sorted I explained that I can not pay all of the money at once and I told them that I have mental health problems and this has made me very worried and depressed.But they would not listen too my problems and I got a letter off the debt collection service I don't know what too do about it now I would be very grateful for any Advice kind regards shaun Smith

@Munch69 if your debt has been passed to a collection service it must have been outstanding for some considerable time. If you're not able to pay, the best thing you can do is seek professional debt advice. I'm no expert on this, but would suggest speaking to the Citizens Advice Bureau as a first port of call and they'll be able to advise you what to do and who to seek help from.
