Need help cancelling less than a week

Hi all!!!

I got the sports extra with the stream box on sale. I was wondering if it is possible to cancel it because I thought the sports extra package came with sky sports as well, but clearly it doesn't and i need to subscribe to sky sports separately. 

Is this going to be possible? and is there an email i can use to email sky.

You can either call or use the messaging service or if you are in Ireland you can also use Facebook Messenger to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

If you are in Ireland then make sure the flag in the bottom right it set to the ROI.
