Dear Community
I sent back my sky go kit on 15th May and it was signed for at the NDC on 16th. However sky keep sending me emails saying I haven't sent them back.
As ever, you can't reply to any sky email address and I'm now 12000km away. The whole disconnection of sky services has been really poor with lots of errors and a complete lack of contactability if you are leaving. After 16 years I was hoping for something a bit better
I have the Royal Mail tracking details but how can I actually get them to sky and for them to do their part of the process effectively without paying a fortune in mobile costs.
Any advice welcomed. Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by Sky Go kit? Unipart are the company that deal with returns (Sky Q and routers). Apparently returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed at their warehouse.
I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s more than the obligatory ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
