MySky Renewal Deal - Can’t Process Your Request Online

The MySky app is showing that my contract ends soon. When I try to access the 24 month offer all I get is "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now". I don't even get to see what the offer is. Would like to get a re-contract sorted but this error has been appearing for a few days.

Is it just a ploy , so you can't renew at a cheaper price !!

I really hope this isn't true. I'm having the same problem and I am ready to renew right now at the offered renewal price. But the link isn't working. Same as OP's issue. I really didn't want to have to call. What a waste of time sending the offer.

I'm having the exact same issue with the broadband renewal offer they sent me. Click through and it I see the same "come back later" message.

I can't even see a price for my renewal that runs out in December but can see the error message

I had the same on my account, contacted through live chat and was offered a deal which was more than what i currently pay. 😆 I was told to get in touch near the time, I'm debating weather to continue with Sky TV, shame really, but I'm honestly being out priced.

Its like they don't want our loyalty and continue with Sky
