My tnt was due to go off in june bit still on also my bill more then i Expected

Whys my bill so high... i paid it and seems i owes more also my tnt sport i asked to be taken off said 21st june but its still on why is this?

As fellow customers we can't see your bill so have discounts recently expired or be ending very soon? Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ

If your discounts have ended you can contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will require another 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount and it seems discounts are becoming more difficult to come by, so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

As for TNT how and when did you cancel? Did you receive an email acknowledging the cancellation?
