My sky stream remote stopped working and using separate remote instead and put in my card details an

I need help my sky stream remote stopped working and using a separate remote and put netflix on separate remote and been charged separate bill for netflix how do I fix being charged twice? I can't sign in my sky account which includes netflix as my remote isn't working

As you can't link your account as per this, doing so will tell Netflix that Sky will take over the billing:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

 

You will have to call Sky and ask them to do it for you.
