My sky application not working; not allowing me to see bills, etc

Despite being a long term Sky customer, paying monthly direct debit for TV and broadband, the My Sky application is not working for me; can't view my bills, or change settings, etc. 

When I enter the application I have an account number, which is displayed, but cannot proceed further, therefore causing problems.
