My sky app won’t load my bill and the internet won’t load it either
So I don't have credit to call the help line or use a landline. I only have the broadband. When I try to view my bill to pay it on the my sky app and the internet using the account I signed up with it just won't load. And now my bill is over due I have been trying to sort it for the entire month I've had the broadband

@Katlou96 By just load do you mean that on the website and app you just see a blank white screen ?
