My sky app not showing my order

I placed an order for sky glass and the order is still not under my sky app and I need to accept the credit agreement before delivery can any body help with how long it takes for a new order to be put on the my sky app

When did you place the order and if you are signed in with the correct details does the button on here take you to it:

No orders processed but I done my order over the phone with adviser

In that case when the phone lines open at 7am you might want to call them about this so that they can look into it for you,
