My sky app isn’t letting me log in

Hi. I keep trying to log on to my sky app but when I log in I can access any of my details or access my saved data

Hi @Dezzied 

You can check  My Sky in the Q box.

It is at the bottom of the Home menu

What is happening when you try to use the MySky app and access your saved data in your piggybank ?
