Hi everyone I hope someone can help me
i orderd a iPad Air 2022 yesterday, there was an issue with my account to they cancelled it but the iPad has been ordered through that account and it arrived today. When I try to access my payments and bills or anything else it said restricted access. When I try to link my sky ID it say that there is a technical difficulty. I'm really worried that I can't make my payments and my credit score will be affected for this.
please can someone help me

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
