My refund on the February bill has not been paid

I switched from Sky broadband and phone on 26th January. The February bill showed that I was owed a refund. This has still not been paid a month later.

So did you end up calling and you no longer require the Messaging Teams help?

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from the last day of connection. Is the amount showing as a credit on your Sky account?

To see if they can speed up the refund I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you tomorrow. They may be able to get the refund back to you in 3-5 working days. 

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

I have had an email from Sky to say that my refund will be paid into my bank in the next 3 to 5 days.  We await to see.  Thank you for your help.
