Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can change the billing date to a date between the 1st and 28th. You can't change the date if you're a new customer until two payments have been made. Bills are generated 14 days before the payment date for Sky+ or Sky Q subscriptions so you may be too late to do it for this month.

Thanks for the reply.
Iv been with Sky now for 10 years plus.
My work changed the dat yesterday and can't find anyone to explain this too. I don't want my Internet to go off as I use it for work but the date has changed and there is nothing I can do now. Iv looked into it and changed the date doe next month but this month is my problem at the moment , that's what I need to change

That suggests it's too late to change the date for this month, I'm afraid

As explained, you can't.
However, if you pay be direct debit then a failed collection will be re-attempted 10 days later. This may give you a sufficient grace before services are disconnected.
Also, changing the payment date doesn't just change the date. It completely recalculates the bill so the next one could be lower (if sooner) or higher (if later).
