My partner died and paid the Sky bill. So I've lost my Sky account but still watch TV through the Sky box. I miss some of the features what should I do to resume with Sky? I'm worried that there will be a lot of unpaid debt.

I especially miss rewinding and casting to YouTube and the YouTube app.

@AlisonParker This specialist team at Sky is very sympathetic and understanding. When my mum suddenly turned ill and ended up in a home, I was able to fully cancel her services without any questions or charges , even though she was in contract.
