My online account is a mess

I've had Sky Q since fairly early on... moves, sports, UHD, multiroom with 1 mini.

 

However, when I recently wanted to order a new Sky Q mini, there's absolutlely no way to do this online. So, speaking with Sky on the phone, I got offered to re-contract for a very moderate discount but the promise of free UHD. There seems to be a gap here. I've had UHD since the beginning and it's always worked.

 

In fact, if I login to the Sky site, I can order multiroom, I can order UHD, both of which I have and have had since the outset.

None of the phone conversations I've had instil much confidence in me to the extent where I'd ask for the account to be 'fixed' so it reflects what I really have. Any thoughts?
