My old address is still registered on my app i can't keep track of my monthly bill they all.say zero

My old address is still.registered going by my details on the app and my.monthly payment does'nt show up they all.say zero tried to.see what my.bill.is for next mnth..it's like i'm.not paying it

When you left you previous address did you cancel and then sign up as a new customer at your new address ?
