I spoke to a lady before Christmas she said she was changing my account number and put it through that my son referred me to sky and we would both receive I think it was £105 as I have taken out broadband and sky streaming but neither of us have heard anything yet

I don't know what this person you spoke to did but if they added your son as a referrer you might have to wait a bit longer as you have to go past the cooling off period which is 31 days plus a further 14 for delivery of whatever it is you are being sent.
