My mother is going into a care home with a terminal illness. She has 8 months left on her contract, does anyone have any experience of being allowed to cancel without penalty?

Normally Sky won't allow you to cancel a Sky TV contract (assuming that's what she has) early but given the circumstances I'd suggest giving the Accessibility team a call: https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/

Yes we have Power of atorney and she has both a tv and broadband contract x
