My email address is linked to my Dad’s sky account. How do I remove it?

I've just tried setting up my own Sky Broadband & Tv deal for my new house, but as I went through the process and thought I was registering my account with my email address, it just took me to my Dad's sky account. 

At some point I must have added myself to the account, but I no longer want to be on it as I want my own account. 

How do I get myself/my email address removed from my Dad's account so that I can then use my email address for my own account?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You will need to call Sky about this so they can cancel this order  To place a new order you will need to supply a different email address so if you haven't got one then you could set one up at Gmail or Outlook.com and use it,
