@Debby56  You need call sky and negotiate 

 

sky don't normally do set offers/prices

Any prices you do see advertised are going to be for new customer deals for which you won't be eligible. Renewal will require another 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount and it seems discounts are becoming more difficult to come by, so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

I received an email this time last year when my contract was up saying they would renew my contract at the offer price I had for the previous year ...do u think this will happen again this year

Unfortunately we're not mind readers so can't say if they will or won't.

 

But based on posts from other customers it's highly unlikely you'll remain on the same deal once this current one expires.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Very unlikely and don't forget that new deals will be for 24 months not 18.
