My bill is going up over £20 a month and there is no way I can afford that. Is there anyway of any help before I look for a cheaper provider

For help you would need to call Sky to see what they will offer you as we are customers here who help each other. If they offer you a discount there are a fee things to keep in mind, firstly you will need to make your mind up there and then, secondly it will come with a new 18 month contract and finally there is a forthcoming price rise which will see the base price (before discount) rise.
