My bill's changed unexpectedly

Gd morning after checking this morning last month you took £70 out my bank this month £74 after talking with sky few months back as I was going to leave you offered me  a £43 month deal as I have lost my job I can not afford any more so can someone get back to me pkease & explain what is going on

We’re customers on here so no one from Sky will contact you. This is predominantly a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services. If you renegotiated new discounts could those payments include admin charges? Check future bills and see if they reflect what you are expecting to pay.

It would appear to be the annual price increase and you would have received an email explaining this by March 23rd.

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
