As we are customers here you will need to contact Sky support about this.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Note that Sports isn't available by itself: it requires the baseline television bundle (which essentially doubles the price)

Television, Sports and broadband is always likely to have a minimum subscription of around £50-£60 per month because each individual element has a cost to Sky of at least £15pcm and they do generally prefer to make a profit rather than a loss.
