My Sky bill is usually fourty something pounds. This bill is £120. I wasn't aware that the bill had not been paid.. Then they started to restrict my features. I tried to call up to query the amount but cannot speak to anyone untill the bill is paid. How am I supposed to know why my bill is so much if no one wii speak to me? I don't know what to do.

Thats correct, if you don't pay the bill and it becomes overdue there is an automated service that kicks in which will suspend your Sky services until you pay the money owed. It can't be overriden by Sky Customer Services agents and when you call from the telephone number associated with your account you will be prompted to pay the bill before you can speak with anyone.
You can see your Sky bills from your MySky account at www.sky.com/bills. Each bill is itemised and will shown a breakdown of the cost from each part of your package. You can also access past bills from there so you can compare and see what has caused the increase.
Essentially once your services are restricted, its too late to query the bill. The Sky bills are generated 2 weeks before the payment date so that is when Sky expect you to query a bill if you believe it is wrong. In this circumstance all you can do is pay the bill in full, and if you don't believe it is correct, you can query it with Sky once its paid and your account in unrestricted. If there is a billing error Sky would refund/credit your account with the overpayment.
