My bill is different to what has been taken out of my account

Hi, I have been charged £81.86 and that amount is not on any bill. Can you tell me why?

@Joyce5  We are all customers here, we don't have access to your bills or other details.

 

Have you checked your latest bill?

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Joyce5 are you new to Sky as the first couple of bills can be higher as they may be for a few extra days more than a month depending on when your billing started 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
